It all began in the heart of a leadership program, where three strangers crossed paths, brought together by a shared passion for Morocco’s untapped potential and a desire to make a difference. This program, backed by the U.S. Embassy, became the birthplace of our shared dream. We came from different backgrounds, but our love for Morocco’s vibrant culture and rich landscapes was the thread that tied us together.

Through countless discussions, we realized that team-building activities lacked creativity and connection, sparking the idea to blend Morocco’s rich culture with impactful team-building experiences. Azul Fellow was born out of this shared vision, transforming team-building into an adventure that creates lasting memories and social impact.

The turning point came when we earned Seed funding from the U.S. Embassy to breathe life into our dream. It wasn’t just a grant; it was a vote of confidence in our vision. With this support, and the guidance of industry experts and mentors, we turned our idea into a reality.

Today, Azul Fellow stands as a testament to the power of collaboration, passion, and the belief that tourism can do more than just show places—it can build connections that last a lifetime.
